What are the lease terms?

Rent and Utilities are uploaded onto the Resident Pay Portal the 1st of each month. The payment options are eCheck (ACH), Debit Card and Credit Card. Personal Checks and Money Orders are also accepted in the leasing office.

Do you require apartment renters insurance?

Cedar Run Apartments in Denver require Renters Insurance for all residents. The minimum Personal Liability is $100,000.

How are repairs taken care of, especially in an emergency?

At Cedar Run Apartments in Denver, Maintenance Requests can be submitted online, emailed to the leasing office, over the phone or in person. After hour on call maintenance for emergencies.

What's your pet policy?

Cedar Run Apartments in Denver welcomes your pet! Fur Babies are Welcome in our Community! (Call the office for Breed Restrictions) up to two pets per home, 100 pound weight limit, $35 monthly pet rent per pet and $300 non-refundable pet fee per pet.

Is there a penalty for breaking my lease?

Yes, In the case of a lease break we require 60-Days Notice and the lease termination fee is $1500.

How often does rent go up? By how much?

Rental increases depend upon the current market rent.

How about your guest policy?

Guests are allowed to stay two consecutive days. If guests are staying longer please notify the leasing office.

Is parking available?

Yes, Above ground parking is first come first serve for residents and guests. Reserved parking is available at an additional cost and is located underground.
