I’ve been a tenant for about four years. This place is great despite what the news say. Management(carmina and others) do a great job of maintaining the property.

Took a tour with what had to be the sweetest leasing agent. Carmina was very informative and had a great attitude. Made the experience very pleasant

Its a great place to live if your limited on income. Disregard the bad reviews. This is the best price, hands down. Clean , spacious, fresh carpet, lots of storage space. Huge balcony. Maintenance will show up quickly if you need soemthing important like a refrigerator. The courtyards are beautiful and large. Lots of kids and animals running around. They have been good to us. I would absolutely be willing to give this place another lease term.
