I have lived here a couple of times in the past. This time around I have been here 2 years. The management is always helpful, and the apartments are spacious. It is comfortable, and somewhat affordable.

Thank you to Sherman for fixing my screen door and being so helpful. He is such a nice guy who knows exactly how to do his job with the utmost professionalism.

With only 2 men (Niko and Sherman) working on maintenance it’s a surprise how great they are. Every time Sherman has come to address something in my apartment he is very attentive to fix all the problems I bring up and does a very thorough job! Thumbs up for their attitudes with how busy they are

I've had the pleasure of calling Cedar Run my home pre and post pandemic. The office staff is so amazing. I've had some financial issues and whenever I've had to call or stop by they always treat me with compassion and dignify. My heart goes out to the office staff when they have to communicate a maintenance issue. This is an older property like a classic car it takes time to get her looking like her glory days. The amenities they offer over-sized suites, walk in closets, balconies on every unit super hot water an elevator. The trees and open space between the buildings is well taken care of. Some dog owners could do a better job at clean up. Summer out door pool with a covered BBQ area. Indoor gym and pool and a quaint business center. It is quit the oasis they have created just off Leetsdale. The maintenance crew are always friendly and curtious when they have been in my home. The work orders are completed as quickly as possible and I always feel confident in their work. They work so hard to keep the property clean. I appreciate all you do. I just wanted to say thank you my air conditioner is working beautifully. Frances Martinez
