We lived here for about 1.5 years. Right after we first moved in - it was sold to a new company that did a poor job of maintaining and managing. So, we made solid plans to move. Then, it was sold again (spring 2020). The new company immediately started correcting things that had been neglected. Part of reason for moving was bad AC. The new ownership fixed it properly (before 2020 summer heat peaked) and really let (and funded) the manager and staff take better care of the property. We might have stayed due to the new company except I am very ill and our new place is much closer to the treatment center. Our move was unintentionally scheduled during covid lockdown. Our move-in was pushed out at the new place and movers cancelled and many of the things that could go wrong during covid went wrong. The management team was very reasonable when working with me. And, then when I got the remainder of my deposit - the charges were exactly what I expected at reasonable costs (not inflated). I almost forgot to mention how awesome the view of the mountains was from our deck.

I’m so in love with this apartment building. The ladies in the office are incredible, the maintenance man is such a gentleman, and the stray cats are an added bonus as far as I’m concerned! All the neighbors are so nice this guy even offered to help us move our couch up when we got here a few weeks ago. I’m not sure what the situation was before this management took over, but I’m blown away so far. Highly recommend Cedar Run.

Hats off to the leasing agent Vanessa!🎉🥇🎊 I'm disabled and from day one she's gone above and beyond her job description (I'm sure) to ensure my safety and our satisfaction. My husband and I absolutely appreciate Vanessa not only for her patience and professionalism and getting things done (even if, on occasion, she has to personally do it herself), but her ability to show genuine concern for her tenants followed up with action!!! This company certainly struck gold when they employed Vanessa here at Cedar Run Apartments. I'm sure their not paying her enough...GIVE THIS WOMAN A RAISE ALREADY!!! One of my favorite granddaughter's name is Vanessa so our leasing agent Vanessa holds a extra special place in my heart!😊 Keep up the good work Vanessa and blessings to you and yours always!!!😇

Lauren has been a huge help with getting me set up in my new apartment! She has amazing customer service skills, and a lot of patience. Very happy to know that she's in the office, and always available to help. Vanessa is also amazing! She showed me around the complex grounds, and was very informative. Can't wait to be settled into my brand new beautiful apartment!

I've lived at Cedar Run for 2 years and during my 2nd year, the complex switched managment. I have to admit that the new managment team is doing their best to get the place back up and running since the last owners seemed to run it into the ground. While AC is still an issue sometimes, they do their best to fix it as early as possible. Lauren in the front office is amazing and always so kind and patient whenver we go in to ask her about a problem. The maintenice guy, Muso, is equally friendly and always does a fantastic job to fix any problems we have in our apartment.
